In
the 1960’s Jean Paul Bonnet studied at the School of Decorative
Arts in Limoges. He met Roger Capron and his wife in their ceramic
workshop in Vallauris and became their faithful collaborator for
46 years experimenting all kind of ceramic techniques.
Jean Paul Bonnet could not be satisfied with an idle retirement
and for our greatest pleasure, started modeling ludic figures, light
and graceful odalisques...
Jean Paul Bonnet has a perfect control of the Raku's low firing
temperature technique; he is successful in getting colored clays
and developing bright contrasts in enamels. |
